This notice explains how Case & Method handles personal information in connection with the Reference Asset Pack, our website, product support and order information made available to us by our Merchant of Record.
At launch, the Product is offered only to customers located in the United States, Canada excluding Québec, Australia, New Zealand and Singapore.
We keep our own handling of customer information minimal. Depending on the transaction and support request, we may receive or access:

At launch, we do not embed buyer email addresses or order numbers into the downloadable Product, operate a separate customer account database, or use purchaser information for behavioural advertising.

Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy (Sold through Link, LLC f/k/a Lemon Squeezy LLC) as Merchant of Record and authorized reseller. Lemon Squeezy processes checkout, payment, tax, receipt, refund and related transaction information under its own terms and privacy notice. In some processing performed for our business purposes, Lemon Squeezy also acts as a processor under its Data Processing Agreement with us.
We may also use ordinary infrastructure providers necessary to operate our domain/site and email. Those providers receive only the information needed to provide their service.
Case & Method is based in the Republic of Korea. Lemon Squeezy and other infrastructure providers may process information in the United States or other countries where they operate. We use providers for legitimate business operations and expect them to handle personal information under their contractual and legal obligations.
We keep information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was handled, including:

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to request access to personal information about you, ask for correction, request deletion where applicable, withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, or raise a complaint about our handling of personal information.
To make a privacy request, email support@caseandmethod.com with the subject Privacy Request. We may need reasonable information to verify that the request relates to you before disclosing or changing account/order information.
For Canada, our designated privacy contact is the Privacy Lead at the email above. For New Zealand, the same contact fulfils the Privacy Officer function. For Singapore, the same contact fulfils the Data Protection Officer (DPO) function for this product operation.
The Case & Method launch page does not use our own behavioural advertising pixels or our own analytics cookies at launch. If you proceed to Lemon Squeezy checkout or another third-party service, that service may use cookies or similar technologies under its own privacy notice.
If we later add optional analytics, advertising or marketing technologies, this notice will be updated before those technologies are used where notice or consent is required.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the limited information we handle. No online service can guarantee absolute security. If a security incident occurs, we will assess notification obligations under applicable law.
